Teen Group 

Perfect fit for teenagers dealing with depression and anxiety symptoms. The goal of this group is to help teenagers become aware of their negative thought patterns and behaviors.

Teens will learn specific skills to help themselves feel better, cope with, and manage their difficulties and decrease the anxious symptoms. This group provides a great place for teens to learn coping skills and find positive support. 

Adult Depression Group

The goal of this group is to help individuals become aware of their depressive thought patterns and behaviors.

Each session participants will learn specific skills to help themselves feel better, cope with, and manage their difficulties and decrease the depressive symptoms.

Adult Anxiety Group

The goal of this group is to help individuals become aware of their anxious thought patterns and behaviors.

Grief and Loss Group

 This grief support group offers a different quality of support and connection that comes from being with people who have also recently experienced a loss.
